Meet Our Team

With an enthusiasm for excellent customer service and enriching client connections, I launched Willbanks Contractor Support in 2013. This venture crafts a support solution exclusively for our existing clientele, offering services from “Planning to Performance.” Now, as President & CEO of Willbanks, Inc., I’m on a mission to incorporate cutting-edge strategies, technology, and efficiency into our business model.

One major stride we’ve made is with TEAL’s AI-powered central plants, which outperform traditional ones, significantly reducing carbon footprints. My forward-thinking attitude and passion for improvement haven’t been overlooked, earning me a spot as a finalist for the 2016 Houston Business Journal’s Best CEO and Willbanks numerous accolades like the 2022 “Great Place To Work” Certification.

Beyond work, I am deeply involved in the community, being part of multiple associations and supporting local causes. I also relish time with my family, exploring new eateries, traveling, and outdoor activities. I’m thrilled to face every day as an opportunity to foster our growth and WIN at customer service, embodying my entrepreneurial spirit.

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a degree in Industrial Distribution. I started my career in management consulting with Alvarez & Marsal where my focus was on Supply Chain Management and Merger Integrations.

In 2020 I joined Willbanks Inc., to help support the needs of the family’s growing business. My current role is the company’s Integrator, I am responsible for keeping the organization moving forward, improving processes, and elevating the talent within our organization.

I believe my experience with data, software tools, creative problem solving, and bringing people together to resolve complex issues bring an interesting perspective to how we grow our business. Ultimately, I wake up every morning extremely excited about how we make our business better and how we WIN at customer service! My passion is for being an entrepreneur and I feel blessed to be able to pursue that every day!

I attended Sam Houston State University and then jumped into the boiler business in Houston, TX in 1993. I have been involved in service, sales, rentals, operations and design of boiler systems for 30 years. I was integral in founding the Contractor Support group at Willbanks and have enjoyed watching it grow into the successful business it is today. As Wilbanks has grown and diversified, I have helped the company’s successful launch in the College Station and Austin markets. I am currently acting as VP of Strategic Accounts and supporting all markets in sales, operations and estimating with a special eye to further expand our Texas presence in new markets.

Jeremy Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial and accounting leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from the University of Houston and has also completed additional coursework in tax, audit, and executive management.
With over 10 years of experience, Jeremy has worked in a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, oil & gas, service, and distribution. He has extensive expertise in areas such as financial statement preparation, tax and compliance, audit and assurance, and business consulting.
Jeremy is known for his exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to think strategically. He is highly regarded for his proactive approach to problem-solving, and his ability to provide timely and accurate advice that is tailored to specific needs.
Jeremy has led all aspects of accounting and finance for 7 years at Willbanks and played a vital role in the growth of the organization. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family. He also volunteers his time and expertise to several local non-profit organizations.
