Meet Our Team

With an enthusiasm for excellent customer service and enriching client connections, I launched Willbanks Contractor Support in 2013. This venture crafts a support solution exclusively for our existing clientele, offering services from “Planning to Performance.” Now, as President & CEO of Willbanks, Inc., I’m on a mission to incorporate cutting-edge strategies, technology, and efficiency into our business model.

One major stride we’ve made is with TEAL’s AI-powered central plants, which outperform traditional ones, significantly reducing carbon footprints. My forward-thinking attitude and passion for improvement haven’t been overlooked, earning me a spot as a finalist for the 2016 Houston Business Journal’s Best CEO and Willbanks numerous accolades like the 2022 “Great Place To Work” Certification.

Beyond work, I am deeply involved in the community, being part of multiple associations and supporting local causes. I also relish time with my family, exploring new eateries, traveling, and outdoor activities. I’m thrilled to face every day as an opportunity to foster our growth and WIN at customer service, embodying my entrepreneurial spirit.

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a degree in Industrial Distribution. I started my career in management consulting with Alvarez & Marsal where my focus was on Supply Chain Management and Merger Integrations.

In 2020 I joined Willbanks Inc., to help support the needs of the family’s growing business. My current role is the company’s Integrator, I am responsible for keeping the organization moving forward, improving processes, and elevating the talent within our organization.

I believe my experience with data, software tools, creative problem solving, and bringing people together to resolve complex issues bring an interesting perspective to how we grow our business. Ultimately, I wake up every morning extremely excited about how we make our business better and how we WIN at customer service! My passion is for being an entrepreneur and I feel blessed to be able to pursue that every day!

I am a Marketing graduate from Texas A&M University. I started my career in the capital goods, fabricating market. Moving from a solo contributor through the management ranks I have been fortunate to have a diverse 30+ year career in the Mechanical HVAC, Metalworking, and Oil & Gas markets.

With a primary focus on service organizations, I have been able to lead organizations through rapid growth periods and look forward to doing the same with Willbanks. I am excited to be in an organization dedicated to its’ people with a passion for growth and expansion.

Jeremy Garcia is a highly qualified and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial and accounting leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from the University of Houston and has also completed additional coursework in tax, audit, and executive management.

With over 10 years of experience, Jeremy has worked in a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, oil & gas, service, and distribution. He has extensive expertise in areas such as financial statement preparation, tax and compliance, audit and assurance, and business consulting.
Jeremy is known for his exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to think strategically. He is highly regarded for his proactive approach to problem-solving, and his ability to provide timely and accurate advice that is tailored to specific needs.

Jeremy has led all aspects of accounting and finance for 5 years at Willbanks and played a vital role in the growth of the organization. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family. He also volunteers his time and expertise to several local non-profit organizations.

Mr. Havens brings twenty- five plus years of experience in management, operations, and sales in the industrial services industry, including fifteen years as a key executive and leader for engineering, construction, maintenance, and EPC services companies. Mr. Havens has worked in a variety of industries, including oil and gas upstream, midstream, refining, air separation, petro-chemical, and chemical facilities. Prior to his starting his career in the industrial services industry.

Mr. Havens played professional baseball in the Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations and received a Bachelor of Science in Industrials Technologies from Lamar University.

Monica Scott is an HR Professional with Achilles Group and serves as Wilbanks key human resources
advisor for strategic initiatives as well as a functional HR resource for the Company.

Monica has gained a wealth of management perspective over her career, and her business minded big-
picture thinking is highly valued by the executive level leaders. She is an exceptional facilitator for
strategic and analytical discussions and is well equipped to help identify and keep the focus on mission-critical priorities. Monica is passionate in her support of sales and profit initiatives and exceptional in
her ability to influence and achieve results through people.

Monica’s depth and breadth of HR experience spans the full range of HR competencies with a passion
for work in compensation, bonus and incentive structures, evaluation processes, and continuous
employee growth and development initiatives. She has well-earned credibility with a variety of
leadership teams and business structures, including private equity, startups, and acquisitions, and is able
to offer on-point HR advisement across virtually any industry and for companies at every stage of the
business lifecycle.

Personally, Monica enjoys cooking, playing games, and shopping. With two grown children, she and her
husband like traveling, University of Texas football, and playing with their two dogs, Bella and Gretta.

I attended Sam Houston State University and then jumped into the boiler business in Houston, TX in 1993. I have been involved in service, sales, rentals, operations and design of boiler systems for 30 years. I was integral in founding the Contractor Support group at Willbanks and have enjoyed watching it grow into the successful business it is today. As Wilbanks has grown and diversified, I have helped the company’s successful launch in the College Station and Austin markets. I am currently acting as VP of Strategic Accounts and supporting all markets in sales, operations and estimating with a special eye to further expand our Texas presence in new markets.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of exploring various roles, from founding and managing my own MSP, serving a diverse clientele, to holding the position of VP of Technology at Ranger Energy Services. I’ve been part of three companies during periods of remarkable growth and transformation. I’m eager to apply the insights and expertise gained from these experiences here at Willbanks.
