Turnkey boiler installations.
Experience The Willbanks Way, defining the new standard for how well-managed installations should go.
Built to be serviced, by the people who service it.
A commercial boiler installation isn't a one-time job. It's the start of a decade-plus partnership where the same team that put it in is the team that keeps it running. Every install gets approached that way: spec'd, sized, and laid out so the next ten years of service are easier, not harder.
From the first site visit through commissioning, training, and ongoing support, we handle it end to end. One number, one team, one accountability line. No coordinating three vendors and hoping they talk to each other.

Our boiler installation process.
Every installation runs through the same five-step process, from the first site visit through commissioning, training, and ongoing support.
- 01ConsultationAn in-depth on-site consultation where we assess your unique needs and requirements.
- 02PricingA detailed breakdown of investment and budget alignment, presented up front, no surprises later.
- 03Custom designUsing advanced 3D and BIM modeling, our team crafts a boiler system tailored to your application and optimized for performance and efficiency.
- 04Installation & testingOur technicians install with attention to detail, then run thorough testing to confirm your mission-critical system is operating at its highest efficiency.
- 05Training & supportWe provide training and continuous support to guarantee the longevity and reliability of your boiler system.
What we install.
Three broad application areas, covered by the same Willbanks installation team.
Domestic hot water
Reliable hot water for the people and processes that depend on it.
Hydronic
Heating, process loops, and closed-system applications.
Steam
Low- and high-pressure steam systems and the controls that run them.
Only the best boiler manufacturers.
We specialize in a wide range of boiler types: high-efficiency, steam, and hot-water boilers, from the industry's most trusted manufacturers.

Built for the people who depend on us.
Mechanical contractors, plumbers, building owners, and engineers who need a partner that shows up. That's been the job since 1977.
Family-owned, 49 years.
Three generations of Willbanks running the same business out of Missouri City. Same name on the door, same number to call.
24/7/365 emergency response.
When a boiler goes down, we move. Real technicians dispatched from four Texas locations, not a callback queue.
Texas's largest boiler distributor.
We carry it on the shelf. Parts, replacement boilers, rental units, all stocked across our four Texas warehouses.
We always answer the call.
No portal, no chatbot, no hold music. A person who knows boilers picks up.
Boiler maintenance and service, post-installation.
Our partnership doesn’t end at commissioning. We offer customized service contracts designed to suit your facility’s unique needs, covering routine maintenance and unexpected repairs.
We treat those contracts as a commitment to your boiler’s optimal condition, consistent performance, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing the people who installed your system are the same people maintaining it.

Built into every Willbanks installation.
The contract covers the categories below, sized to the facility and the equipment we just put in.
Quarterly operating inspections
Combustion analysis, control verification, and a written report.
Annual cleaning
Full inspection and cleaning to keep efficiency where it was commissioned.
Texas compliance
Documentation aligned with state inspection cycles and your facility's audit timeline.
24/7/365 emergency repair
The same emergency line that keeps every Willbanks contract running, day or night.
Should you repair or replace your boiler?
We start every replacement conversation with a thorough inspection of your boiler system's age, condition, and efficiency.
Inspection first
Before we recommend anything, we look at the system: age, condition, combustion efficiency, code-compliance, and ongoing service history.
Repair when it makes sense
Most failures can be fixed cleanly. We'll do the minor repair if the boiler has useful life ahead of it.
Replace when it doesn't
Frequent breakdowns, climbing energy bills, or end-of-life equipment usually point to replacement. We'll quantify the trade-off.
Plan for the future
Sometimes the right answer is a phased replacement plan, capital expense smoothed across a planning cycle instead of an emergency line item.
Unplanned failures
If your unit is down right now, we'll stabilize it first (rental, temporary repair) before we ask you to make a big decision.
No-pressure consultation
We don't push replacements. The recommendation is whatever serves your building's reliability and operating cost best.
Installation, answered.
- It depends on plant size, equipment, and site complexity. A typical replacement runs two to four weeks from demo to commissioning. Greenfield installations and multi-unit plants take longer. We'll set a realistic timeline on day one of the consultation, not after the contract is signed.
- Yes. Every installation runs through the appropriate Texas state inspection cycle and the local jurisdiction's permitting process. We coordinate with your facility's project manager and the inspecting authority so nothing stalls on the bureaucracy side.
- Every line we represent: Raypak, Riello, Fulton, Parker, Weil-McLain, Webster, Unilux, Columbia, and the controls, pumps, and venting that go with them. Factory-trained on every brand we install.
- In most cases, yes. Phased cutovers and short-term rental coverage keep the facility running while the new equipment is being commissioned. We plan the swap around your building's load profile, not around our crew schedule.
- The same Willbanks employees who installed it. Preventative maintenance contracts, emergency response, and parts all stay in-house. No hand-off to a subcontracted service company.
- We work brand-agnostic. If your plant has multiple manufacturers in place, we can sequence replacements over a planning cycle rather than forcing a full swap. Most of our customers run mixed lineups.
