Willbanks crew commissioning a new commercial boiler installation

Commercial boiler installation, engineered in-house.

From the in-depth on-site consult to the commissioning report, the same Willbanks team handles design, install, and post-install support. No subcontracted dispatch, no handoff gaps.

More than installers

We’re problem solvers. The installation is just the day we’re there.

We install steam, hydronic, condensing, electric, and domestic water boilers for food processing plants, breweries, government facilities, pharmaceutical operations, hospitals, and the multifamily and education buildings that need consistent hot water.

Because we’re also a distributor and a service shop, we’re selecting from a broader set of equipment than a pure installer would, and we’re standing behind the unit with the same field team that will service it for the next fifteen years.

Our process

Five steps from first call to commissioning.

Repeatable enough that nothing falls through. Customized enough that nothing’s force-fit.

  1. 01
    Consultation
On-site visit to assess the load, the existing plant, the constructability, and the constraints we’re working inside.
  2. 02
    Pricing
A detailed scope and budget, presented up front. Surprises don’t show up later because the work is mapped before the proposal.
  3. 03
    Custom design
We build the system to the application. 3D and BIM modeling when the project warrants it. Manufacturer selection driven by the load, not the inventory.
  4. 04
    Installation & commissioning
Factory-trained Willbanks technicians do the work. Testing and commissioning are part of the scope, not an add-on.
  5. 05
    Training & support
Operator training and a maintenance plan handoff. The unit doesn’t leave our scope the day it’s installed.
Manufacturers

We install the brands worth standing behind.

Equipment selection driven by the application, not the inventory. Factory-trained on every line we put in.

After the install

The unit doesn’t leave our scope the day it’s commissioned.

Every installation hands off to a maintenance plan and the same field team that put the system in. Operator training, scheduled service, warranty support, and parts all stay in-house, so there’s one number to call for the life of the equipment.

Because we’re a distributor and a service shop as well as an installer, we stock the parts and stage the rentals that keep your plant running through a future outage. The relationship is built for the next fifteen years, not just the cutover.
